When discussing how the field of cybersecurity inspires curiosity, Jamshed references the depth of the industry. 'I compare it with an ocean,' she says. 'There are so many things that you can do within cybersecurity.'
Jamshed started her career in Electrical Engineering but transitioned to cybersecurity due to a lack of opportunities in her home country and a growing curiosity about securing systems and data.
After moving to the US, Jamshed pursued a Master's degree in Cybersecurity at the University of Houston, where she also got involved with Women in CyberSecurity (WiCyS) community for networking and inspiration.
