Despite the courage of victims, impunity is growing. France is abysmally lagging behind in reacting to sexist and sexual abuse. The rate of dismissing complaints of sexual violence reached 94% in 2022, unacceptable.
The petition demands a comprehensive law clarifying definitions of rape and consent, introducing the term 'incest,' trying serial rapists for all known rapes, and more to support victims.
