"A bequest of almost 18 times over the Republic of Ireland limit has been made to Sinn Féin in this jurisdiction by a deceased citizen of this Republic," Mr Nash said.
"They have, within the existing law, exploited the loophole this government should have closed off, with the party in the North stuffing the money into their bag, claiming it will only be spent there."
"Their approach to these matters calls into question their seriousness about achieving a united Ireland, if they can drop their principles for the sake of a few quid," Ms Callaghan said.
"Inaction from Fianna Fáil, Fine Gael and the Greens has allowed this to continue unimpeded."
