Former Dutch intelligence chief Dick Schoof sworn in as prime minister, promising Netherlands' "strictest ever" asylum policy.
New prime minister, Schoof, chosen as a compromise over far-right populist Wilders, aims to implement tough migration controls and be a leader for all Dutch citizens.
Schoof, previously a Labor Party member, gained approval from left-wing opposition leader Frans Timmermans and led the MH17 probe in 2014.
