A court in Belarus sentenced a man to 3 1/2 years in prison for sending $32 to banned groups Honest People, Belarusian Culture Council, and ByHelp, labeled extremists by Lukashenka's regime.
Fyodar Shvedau, 48, found guilty of 'financing extremist groups,' partially pleaded guilty. He was handcuffed in a glass cage during trial, a practice deemed as humiliating.
