Federal prosecutors in Germany charged two Afghan men who allegedly planned a shooting near Sweden's parliament in response to Koran burning protests, linked to ISKP.
The suspects, aligned with the Islamic State since 2023, were supposedly ordered by ISKP to attack in Europe due to outrage over Koran burnings in Sweden.
Investigators revealed that the two men took concrete preparatory steps, including researching the area of the potential attack and attempting to procure weapons.
