A C.I.A. Black Site Remains a Touchy Subject for Lithuania

The village of Antaviliai was home to a secret C.I.A. detention and torture center, one of three black sites set up in Eastern Europe after Sept. 11 attacks, confirmed by European Court of Human Rights.
Lithuanian officials acknowledged Antaviliai as a site of a former C.I.A. facility, but they claim it wasn't a prison, despite strong evidence suggesting otherwise.
