Premier League clubs have agreed in principle to introduce a spending cap, with the amount to be determined by the revenue of the lowest-earning club from television rights.
If approved at the June AGM, this new spending cap model will replace the existing Profit and Sustainability Regulations starting from the 2025-26 football season.
