Bayern Munich will face competition from at least two Premier League clubs for Fulham's Portugal midfielder Joao Palhinha, 28, in January. Bayern may miss out on Bayer Leverkusen and Germany midfielder Florian Wirtz too, with both Manchester City and Liverpool determined to sign the 20-year-old.
Former Wolves boss Julen Lopetegui turned down a deal worth 18m euros (£15.4m) per season from Saudi Arabian side Al-Ittihad as he wants to stay in the Premier League, with Manchester United among the clubs linked with the Spaniard.
