Spring enrollment inches up for second straight year

Undergraduate enrollment increased by 2.5 percent this spring, marking the second consecutive growth period. Notably, bachelor's program enrollment rose for the first time in four years, with a 2.3 percent average growth rate surpassing fall's figures.
Community colleges played a significant role in the growth, accounting for nearly half of the overall enrollment increase. Historically Black colleges and universities also saw a notable 4% rise in enrollment, indicative of a positive recovery trend.
