An 11-year-old boy randomly unleashed pepper spray in a Queens elementary school cafeteria, injuring dozens and sending 10 to the hospital.
The mass spraying injured 31 students and nine adults, with eight students and two adults taken to NY Presbyterian Queens Hospital in stable condition.
