Fargo Public Schools alone in metro in offering remote, out-of-state work

Approximately 18 Fargo Public Schools employees work remotely from various locations, such as Texas and Fargo, including department managers, office employees, teachers, psychologists, and speech pathologists.

Senior employees like Jeff McCanna and Tristan Love work remotely, visiting Fargo occasionally. The policy, initiated in 2021, accommodates their family situations and ties to Superintendent Gandhi.
