Blue Bird buses will feature an unprecedented array of safety systems to protect school children, bus drivers, and other road users, including three-point seat belts for all student passengers and a steering wheel-deployed airbag called 4Front.
In addition to safety enhancements, Blue Bird will adopt high-intensity LED lighting, high-resolution cameras, lighted stop arms, school bus signs, and strobe lights to improve visibility and implement high-tech systems for overall vehicle safety.
