Oakland man charged with kidnapping, sexually assaulting spa employees in daytime attack, also a suspect in similar Benicia incident

Manual Primas, 68, of Oakland, was charged with kidnapping, assault with a firearm, false imprisonment by violence, sexual battery, battery with injury, and being a felon in possession of a firearm in a 10-count criminal complaint.
At around 3:10 p.m. on Jan. 17, police say Primas entered a spa on the 300 block of International Boulevard, brandished a revolver, pistol-whipped two female employees, and forced them to a downstairs part of the business, where he allegedly attempted to take off their shirts and ordered them to remove clothing.
