Police were notified about a suspected vehicle burglary before pursuing the suspect through residential neighborhoods onto Highway 101, where the pursuit ended after the driver crashed on the freeway.
Lance Patrick Barahona, 38, of Oakland, was arrested on multiple charges, such as burglary, firearm possession, and police evasion after his pursuit on Highway 101.
