The South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has received a reprimand from the U.K. Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) following a data breach that exposed a patient's appointment information.
The ICO has recommended that South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust implement new standard operating procedures and provide further staff training to ensure data protection and reduce the possibility of future disclosures.
