Caminos ilegales alrededor del Lago Mead plantean nuevo peligro para el medio ambiente - High Country News
Briefly

Illegal roads around Lake Mead have been a persistent problem due to dropping water levels, leaving more unexplored land as the lake recedes from established roads.
Despite more visitors seeking water access, only 10 approved roads now lead to Lake Mead, with half in Boulder Beach, limiting legal access in many areas.
Park officials recognize the challenges in lake access due to the lack of official roads but struggle to establish new access points amidst rapid shoreline changes.
"Once someone gets off a path, in the desert, everything might look like a legitimate road," noted Stefani Dawn, overseeing community partnerships at Lake Mead National Recreation Area.
