Three people, including a charity worker, child, and teenager, sought medical attention after tasting the fake candy, but they were all eventually discharged.
Experts warned that the methamphetamine posed a significant risk, with even minimal ingestion potentially resulting in severe symptoms like chest pain and seizures.
The charity's chief executive noted the fortunate timing, as the awful taste of the drug led individuals to spit it out quickly, reducing potential harm.
