Usher sold his LA home for $3.6 million, previously owned by Jared Leto and the Delevingne sisters. The property features midcentury design elements and unique décor, including an emerald-lacquered dining room and a Mexican Talavera toilet.
The house boasts an art studio, game room, bar, guest quarters, and a studio for Usher. Unique features like a mirrored ceiling, stripper pole, and disco lighting were part of the space before the sale.
Architect Nicolò Bini incorporated elements of California midcentury modern, Laurel Canyon bohemia, and Beverly Hills swank in the design. Cara Delevingne added her own touch with a bachelor pad concept for her private quarters.
