A few years ago, I met with a pretty severe road accident that had my jaw broken in two places and most of my teeth shattered.The reality was, I was on a scooter, driving at barely 25mph... and the vehicle in front of me suddenly braked, causing me to scrape its side and fall over.I was wearing a half-helmet that left my jaw exposed, and because I had the weight of a pretty hefty laptop bag on my back, I fell forward with quite a bit of force.
