Architect Michael Ingui renovated a 19th-century carriage house, preserving parts of the garage and transforming the space for modern living while focusing on Passive House principles.
The renovation included creating a cellar, bedrooms, baths, a penthouse, and installing features such as light-stained oak floors and a sculptural custom stair, tying everything together.
