TAPER sculpts tessellated turquoise roofscape for kids playground in zierbena, spain
Briefly

The new series of turquoise coverage is capable of hosting activities 365 days a year regardless of weather conditions, thus complementing the rest of the recreational areas that make up the urban space.
To this end, aspects such as transparency, lightness and scale are worked on by the team at TAPER. In this sense, children's playground coverage seeks to escape from the image of a typical pavilion by adopting an image more in line with the recreational use to which it is associated.
The studio introduced two light pieces in response to the context and layout - two separate play areas of different sizes - creating separate volumes that follow the same aesthetic line and construction system.
