RT2 Apartments / Jorge Urias Studio
Briefly

The RT2 Apartments project expands the housing capacity of Real de Las Torres, providing 24 modern one-bedroom apartments in thoughtful design that fosters community.
The undulating facade serves as both a structural skeleton and a dynamic skin, creating shadows that change the perception of the buildings throughout the day.
The RT2 project’s design reinterprets Real de las Torres's architecture, blending functionality with a contemporary aesthetic through the use of red cast-in-place concrete.
The arrangement around a semi-open courtyard not only allows for a central staircase but also creates a sense of community while upholding residents' privacy.
