Nendo Installs A Carbon-Capturing Wall In A Contemporary Japanese Home - Yanko Design
Briefly

The Block-Wall House, built by Nendo, features a unique concrete called CO2-SUICOM, developed by Kajima Corporation. This concrete captures and stores carbon dioxide instead of emitting it, addressing environmental concerns.
CO2-SUICOM uses a special cement mixture where over half the cement is replaced with a material called γ-C2S. This material reacts with CO2 in the air to harden, trapping the gas inside.
