HOME IMPROVEMENT : Redecorating Puts Houses of the '60s and '70s on Right Side of the Tracts

Rosene has been working on three mid-priced tract homes in Lake Forest, all dating back to the '70s. A 2,000-square-foot house owned by Marine Corps Lt. Col. Mike Fagan has undergone extensive changes.
