Bird Flu Spreads to Dairy Cows

It is the first time cows infected with bird flu have been identified, likely from wild birds. Dead birds were reported on farms with sick cows.
At this stage, there is no concern about the safety of the commercial milk supply or any risk to consumer health. Milk from sick cows was grossly abnormal and discarded.
