Chief designer Lycent Lai transforms chaotic space into billowing harmony through curves, angles, and natural light, defining functional areas with semi-enclosed walls and soft materials like cotton and leather.
Ground floor’s positive and negative space define living areas, with columns creating semi-enclosed spaces allowing natural light. Serene atmosphere enhanced by skylight-lit spiral staircase, while master bedroom showcases contrasting color tones for movement and stillness.
Second floor features relocated stairs for spacious master bedroom, contrasting bedroom and office areas with dark wood accents against light bedding. Basement's 700 sqm area combines leisure and entertainment with water elements and curved partitions for organization.
