The Craft Estate in Nonthaburi, Thailand, by ASWA, features a triangular building with office spaces and a river-view co-leisure area, emphasizing its unique site shape and utilizing white translucent fiberglass in its facade for natural light and privacy.
ASWA studio designed the Craft Estate with a trapezoid plan to maximize the allowed built area, creating a building that includes a restaurant pointing towards the river, along with office spaces on the opposite side, all illuminated by the white translucent fiberglass facade.
