My hope is that viewers will encounter imagery that resonates with them: homes like those they might have known, glimpses of the natural world, and neighboring houses in which others are living parallel lives. I am interested in how painting can evoke a sense of beauty and mystery present in ordinary surroundings and help the viewer see them in a new way through their transformation."
