Thalwil House / Harry Gugger Studio
Briefly

Due to constricting site conditions, Thalwil House's design is a polygonal shape maximizing space with split levels and bay windows for spatial diversity and integration in the terrain.
The mineral texture of the concrete facade with bush-hammered finish and warm beige-gray color, combined with oak-framed windows and off-form concrete cornices, enhances the house's plastic presence and connection to the environment.
