Bitcoin's South Korea Discount Hits Highest Since October 2023

The Bitcoin Korea premium index recently fell to -0.55, suggesting that Bitcoin is trading at its steepest discount in Korea since October 2023.
Markus Thielen of 10x Research remarked that "Quick-moving traders are seizing the opportunity... anticipating a strong Q4 rally" through accumulating various altcoins.
