On Monday, the White Sox announced that Garrett Crochet will be their Opening Day starter... And he's had a great spring; Crochet has 12 strikeouts and has not allowed any runs in 9 innings pitched in the Cactus League.
There will be questions about whether Crochet can hold up to the innings load of a starter... There's days off, we can go on a sixth day, there's stuff we can do to monitor the workload.
