It was not a fun experience to be around and it was not a great situation to be a part of. But it's one of those things where you need to try and climb and you need to get better... When you're going through trying times like the last couple of years, you tend to put a little bit too much onus on that every single win is important.
After two playoff berths in 2020 and 2021, the White Sox were expected to make a deep run in the playoffs. But by 2023, things started to crumble. It was evident that not only was the baseball side of things not functioning, but the culture wasn't either.
