The Get Up Kids announce 'Something To Write Home About' tour with Smoking Popes

Midwest emo veterans The Get Up Kids will mark the 25th anniversary of their influential album Something To Write Home About by performing it in full on tour, with support from Smoking Popes.
The tour includes stops at various cities across the U.S. and culminates in appearances at Pittsburgh's Four Chord Music Fest and Las Vegas' Best Friends Forever fest. Tickets available starting April 26.
Matt Pryor, co-vocalist of The Get Up Kids, has recently released a memoir and discusses it on a show called Artist Friendly with Joel Madden.
Tour includes NYC-area dates at Brooklyn's Warsaw and Asbury Park's Stone Pony, among others. Full list of dates provided for fans to catch their favorite Midwest emo bands.
