A Chicago Fire Department spokesman said stink spray sent three children to the hospital Thursday morning, and 13 were evaluated at the scene.Around 10:15 a.m., an EMS Plan 1 was called at Fairfield Elementary located at 6201 S. Fairfield Ave., after stink spray was deployed into the air on the playground, spokesman Larry Langford said.
