Over the first quarter of 2024, workweek foot traffic reaches 91% of pre-pandemic levels and jumps to 107% of 2019 weekend numbers. Despite resembling its former self, Edwards notes the downtown area will have different uses like more socializing, theater, arts, culture, and residents.
