The Grant Park Advisory Council, or GPAC, was organized under Chicago Park District rules to protect and improve Grant Park for all its users.Grant Park is a neighborhood park for more than 110,000 residents in Chicago's central business district, and it is also Chicago's gem, its town square, the site of many important civic events, world-class museums and celebrations.
