"Dan was the epitome of demonstrating and exercising all the Judeo-Christian principles of how to deal with other people - he treated everyone the same," said Inland co-founder and Vice Chairman G. Joseph Cosenza.
"I was fascinated by the fact that real estate was a part of everyone's life. After some initial investigation, I found that real estate did not require a sophisticated understanding of the field. That was back in the '60s; it's different now, more complex."
