Brendan Sodikoff is working on reviving The Freeze ice cream stand in Logan Square, which will include the ninth Small Cheval location, inspired by long lines at Au Cheval for burgers.
The updated Freeze 2.0 will have a retro aesthetic, second floor, operate during winter, and include features like string lights, red and white umbrellas, wooden benches, and planters filled with flowers.
