Brown, son of Hammers academy manager Kenny Brown, will leave Arsenal for West Ham due to strong family ties, following his grandfather's legacy at the club.
With Brown's signing, West Ham adds to their summer acquisitions, already bringing in goalkeeper Wes Foderingham and talent Luis Guilherme as they rebuild under new manager Julen Lopetegui.
