Plans include a 14-story building with 130 units, 5 retail spaces, and a seven-story building with 40 units, a parking garage. The current buildings are smaller.
TF Cornerstone acquired 250 and 254 West 23rd for $19.3M and 256 West 23rd in 2012 for $35M. The company focuses on luxury developments in Long Island City and received a $725M loan for another project in Queens.
