Rotherham United secured the signing of Portsmouth defender Sean Raggett on a two-year deal. Raggett, 31, played a significant role in Pompey's League One title win with 44 appearances the previous season. He returns to the Millers after a loan stint in 2018-19.
Raggett is the second player to transfer from Portsmouth to Rotherham this summer, alongside Joe Rafferty. The club also recruited Reece James, Shane McWilliams, and Jonson Clarke-Harris for the upcoming season.
