Chelsea is prepared to listen to offers for homegrown talent Chalobah this summer, with the 24-year-old already in high demand. The Blues could look to sell both academy products Chalobah and England midfielder Conor Gallagher, though both Stamford Bridge stars are thought to want to stay put in west London.
