Cole gets full-time role as an England national coach
Briefly

Ashley Cole has officially taken on a full-time national coaching role with the Football Association, transitioning from his previous part-time position to a dedicated focus on the England men's player pathway.
Having joined the FA in July 2021, Cole, alongside interim manager Lee Carsley, was instrumental in helping England's under-21 team clinch victory at the U21 European Championship last year.
Cole's extensive career with England, spanning over a decade, included 107 caps and participation in five major tournaments, alongside his success at club level with Arsenal and Chelsea.
The FA confirmed that while Cole will now focus solely on his national coaching role, he will continue to support Carsley during this transitional phase.
