Chelsea has reached a verbal agreement to sign 17-year-old Estevao Willian from Palmeiras for at least 34m upfront, potentially making it the most valuable South American sale ever.
Estevao, turning 18 in 2025, will sign a seven-year contract with Chelsea. Kendry Paez is another South American prospect joining the Blues in 2025.
