The manager of one of the largest pension funds in the US is voting against Elon Musk's $56bn pay deal at Tesla, highlighting its exorbitant nature and questioning its worth.
A Delaware judge ruled in favor of a Tesla shareholder, stating that Musk's pay package was unnecessary and the board failed to assess its necessity for retaining Musk's dedication to Tesla.
