A 16-year-old boy died after being struck by a suspected drunken driver while backing out of his driveway in Richmond.
The driver of the other vehicle, a 30-year-old man, was treated and released at a hospital and was placed under arrest for vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
