David Alvarado, 54, rear-ended a car while allegedly drunk, killing a couple. Fresno DA cited his six DUI convictions, high alcohol level, and driving without a license.
The couple killed, missionaries with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, were stopped at a red light when the fatal crash occurred.
