DC Andrew Hardy drove an unmarked police car he wasn't authorized to drive 240 times, causing significant damage by crashing into multiple vehicles with his child in March last year.
Commander Clayman stated, 'Hardy made personal use of a vehicle meant for policing operations, risking public safety, reputational harm, and damaging others' property.'
