A 39-year-old Santa Cruz man, Omar Raud Looney, was arrested for felony vehicle theft, evading police, stolen vehicle possession, criminal threats, resisting arrest, and DUI, with bail set at $75,000.
The suspect jumped into a citizen's vehicle in Davenport, leading officers on a pursuit into San Mateo County, where the chase ended with the help of tire spike strips and a K9 officer.
